I'm Steve Winnan, founder of iFitness Cornwall and The Riverside Suite, Falmouths Premier Fitness & Rehabilitation Studio. Over the past 20 years I have delivered over 15,000 Training sessions, helping clients in Cornwall get fit and become pain free. With a Sports Science Degree and a Diploma in Personal Training my philosophy is based on traditional and functional training methods. Since the Pandemic in March 2020, my experience in the health and fitness industry has made me well equipped to helping clients to reach their personal goals. I've created a beautiful, functional training space that will enable you to reach your full potential in a safe, secure environment.
