Hello! It's been great to see so many faces return to training programmes since the closure period caused by the current Pandemic. I'm delighted to say my business is almost up to my pre COVID levels, whilst I have been further encouraged by recent engagement by new and existing clients.
Data from over 1500 facilities across the nation shows that the prevalence of the virus within the sector’s facilities remains extremely low, measured from 25 July to 13 September, and that very few people are visiting gyms with the virus. I have made a few changes to my fitness timetable to enable greater flexibility in delivering Personal Training sessions to clients in the current circumstances, adding an extra evening so I am available for Personal Training on a Tuesday and Wednesday evening through the Winter months. Personal and Group Training (Max 4 People) sessions will still continue through the week Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-3pm.
As I have mentioned before sport and physical activity is an essential part of the UK’s recovery, not just in terms of improved physical wellbeing and reducing the burden on the NHS, but the positive impact it has on mental wellbeing, as well as helping to overcome societal challenges such as loneliness, crime and isolation.
